Join library colleagues from across the region for a full day devoted to all things Readers’ Advisory.
Featuring Stephanie Anderson, Head of Reader Services at Darien Library in Connecticut, a webinar featuring the Multnomah County Library’s innovative My Librarian program, and several short, interactive sessions designed to let you try out new ideas and techniques with like-minded professionals – this day is all about YOU.
Want to learn about stealth RA techniques? Writing useful annotations? Utilizing social media more effectively to promote RA services? Quick, effective book talking? Want to share what your library is already doing and learn new things other libraries are doing? This is the workshop for you. This conference will be built around your answers in the registration form, so don’t be shy about sharing your opinions!
