David Tyler, Franklin County Representative
David Tyler worked 39 years in distribution facilities the last being the Walmart facility in Ottawa. He has been on the Board of Trustees in Ottawa for 9 years and President for the last 2 years of his term. As busy as his mother was she made time to take David to the Carnegie Library in their home town, which resulted in his life-long love of reading and books.
