Build a better library! Join us for a session on Policies for Results, presented by Bonnie McKewon, Consultant for the State Library of Iowa. In this interactive session, you will learn how to work with your library’s director to craft effective policy statements for your library.

As a trustee, attending one of these three sessions is the most straightforward way to help your library comply with NEKLS Accreditation Standard 9, which states, “The library board participates in at least one continuing education activity annually.” In addition, library directors are encouraged to attend one of these sessions.

For more information about meeting Accreditation Standard 9, see the Trustee Information page on the NEKLS website.

Choose one of these sessions: All sessions will include a light meal. There is no cost to attend.
