Beverly Sunderman, Brown County Representative

Beverly Sunderman has brought dedication and positive results to the companies she worked at due to her belief in hard work and commitment to customer service.  These were important assets during the 37 years she was a Westar Energy employee.  Other employment includes the City of Hiawatha (assistant city clerk) and NEK Area Agency on Aging (public information officer). She is also a certified senior health insurance counselor.

Beverly has served on numerous boards including Morrill Public Library, Friends of Morrill Public Library plus volunteering at the library for 15 years. Libraries are an important part of her life, and she believes, essential to local communities.  Beverly is enthusiastic about the possibility of serving on the executive board for NEKLS.

Beverly remains very active in the Hiawatha community and enjoys reading, crocheting and traveling with her husband during her free time.
